Co-founder
Edem A. Ayikoe
Co-Founder and CEO
Edem A. Ayikoe is the co-founder and CEO of EA Technology Solutions, LLC, a Maryland-based, service-disabled veteran-owned technology company. He brings more than a decade of combined federal engineering, military cyber operations, and technical leadership experience.
Since 2016, Mr. Ayikoe has served as a federal electronics engineer supporting complex defense programs and mission-critical systems. His experience includes electronic warfare, systems integration, cybersecurity, requirements analysis, technical risk management, and cross-functional engineering leadership.
His military career began as an enlisted Airman supporting HVAC systems before he transitioned into cybersecurity and earned a commission as a U.S. Air Force Cyberspace Operations Officer, attaining the rank of Captain in the Air Force Reserve.
Through EA Technology Solutions, LLC, he applies disciplined engineering, cybersecurity expertise, and military leadership to help clients build secure, resilient, and effective technology environments.

Co-founder
Jaron J. Fulse
Co-Founder and CFO
Jaron J. Fulse is a co-founder of EA Technology Solutions, LLC. He co-leads supply-chain operations and compliance and oversees the company’s financial activities. He brings more than 20 years of experience in accounting, asset protection, economic development, supply-chain management, infrastructure finance, and real estate development.
Mr. Fulse is the founding partner of Tangible Accounting, PLLC, and a co-founder and co-chairman of PBFGlobal. His work spans advisory, auditing, tax compliance, CFO services, private equity, venture capital, and municipal financial management.
His background includes audit and tax management at a national accounting firm, finance leadership at Capital Venture Group, and service as the Treasurer’s Advisor for the Town of Forest Heights, Maryland. He has advised on project financing, financial modeling, budgets, internal controls, and accounting systems across public and private organizations.
